Hi, I am the owner of TheUrbanGardener Blog. I am a 4th-year botany and ecology Student studying at Rutgers University and have had a lifelong passion for indoor and outdoor gardening. 

My passion for gardening started years ago; every summer I would help my mom plan and curate our backyard into a fruit and veggie garden; ever since then, I have yearned for more plant knowledge and based my time in school around precisely that: plants.
